Introduction to Refrigeration Plant Cluster Control System
ECS-7000 chiller air conditioning system, where the air conditioning chilled circulating water is sent to the chiller for cooling and refrigeration. The chilled water supply is distributed through a header to air conditioning users for cooling, and the return water is collected through a collector and returned to the chilled water system circulation pump for cycling. The system is equipped with a circulating water makeup device.
The system consists of a cluster main control cabinet: equipment energy-saving controllers, sensors, transmitters, and actuators.
Monitoring and Control Functions of the Refrigeration Plant Cluster Control System
1) Control of the opening and closing of relevant electric butterfly valves on the chilled water pipeline network of the refrigeration units.
2) Monitoring of chilled water supply and return temperature, pressure, and flow.
3) Monitoring of the operation, fault, and manual/automatic status of refrigeration units and chilled water circulation pump equipment.
4) Monitoring and control of secondary chilled water pumps/supply and return water temperature, pressure, and flow.
5) Monitoring of operation, fault, and manual/automatic status, as well as start/stop control of refrigeration units, chilled water circulation pumps, cooling water circulation pumps, and cooling towers.
6) Monitoring of the operation and fault status of constant pressure makeup water pumps.
7) Monitoring of operation, fault, and manual/automatic status, as well as start/stop control of heat exchange hot water pumps.
8) Monitoring of primary/secondary side supply and return water temperature and pressure for heat exchangers.
9) Connection to the system via a gateway using the boiler's reserved communication interface (requires manufacturer provision).
10) Monitoring of the operation and fault status of boiler hot water circulation pumps.
